Refund Policy

At Teddy Bear Doodles LLC, we value the trust and commitment of our customers. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review our refund policy below:

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits secure your spot for puppy selection and are deducted from the total purchase price.

• Refunds for deposits are only issued if Teddy Bear Doodles LLC cannot provide a puppy from the agreed-upon litter.

Final Payments

• The remaining balance is due before the puppy is picked up or delivered.

• Once the puppy has been picked up or delivered, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations

• If you choose to cancel your purchase after the deposit has been made, the deposit will not be refunded, but no additional payments will be required.

Health Guarantee

• All puppies come with a one-year health guarantee against genetic conditions.

• If a genetic condition is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within the first year, we will work with you to resolve the issue as outlined in our health guarantee agreement.

• Refunds are not offered under the health guarantee, but we may provide a replacement puppy when applicable.

Dispute Resolution

• In the rare event of a disagreement, we encourage open communication to resolve any concerns.
